Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

We ship to all addresses in the United States and Canada. If you’re ordering to Canada, keep in mind that international import rules may apply to your package.

2. How Long Does Order Processing Take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after we confirm your payment, with a few exceptions:

3. When Will My Order Arrive?

4. Who Delivers My Order?

5. How to Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number and direct link to monitor your package:

6. What to Do If Your Package Is Lost or Delayed

For U.S. Customers

  1. Ask family, neighbors, or your building’s front desk/mailroom if the package was left somewhere else.
  2. Use your tracking number to contact USPS directly for delivery details.
  3. If you still can’t find it, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

For Canadian Customers

  1. First, wait an extra 5–7 business days past the estimated delivery date (customs or international shipping can cause unexpected delays).
  2. Check with local post offices or Canadian customs using your tracking number—packages can be held if you owe duties/taxes or need to provide more documents.
  3. Ask family, neighbors, or local post offices if they received your package.
  4. If it’s still missing, reach out to us within 14 days of the marked delivery date (to account for longer international shipping and customs times).

Getting Help

Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to look into the issue, track your package (if possible), and keep you updated on how we’re resolving it.

7. Duties & Taxes for Canadian Orders

Canadian orders may be charged import duties, taxes, and fees by the Canadian government. These costs are your responsibility (the recipient’s) and aren’t included in your order or shipping price.Customs will let you know if you owe fees, and you’ll need to pay them to get your package. We suggest checking Canadian customs rules for duty and tax rates before placing your order.
