We ship to all addresses in the United States and Canada. If you’re ordering to Canada, keep in mind that international import rules may apply to your package.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after we confirm your payment, with a few exceptions:
- We don’t process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays (for both the U.S. and Canada).
- Canadian orders might take an extra 1–2 business days. This time is used to check shipping details, prepare customs paperwork (like commercial invoices), and make sure we follow all Canadian import laws.
- U.S. Delivery: Expect your order in 5–10 business days after it’s dispatched.
- Canadian Delivery: Delivery takes 10–25 business days from dispatch (times vary by where you live in Canada). This includes time for cross-border customs checks, but delays can happen from customs inspections, duty reviews, or shipping bottlenecks.Use your tracking link to stay updated on customs status and delivery progress. If your package is late, our customer support team can help.
- U.S. Orders: We mainly use USPS (United States Postal Service).
- Canadian Orders: We work with USPS International for cross-border shipping. The exact carrier might change based on your location, package weight, or the shipping speed you choose. You’ll get a tracking number via email when your order ships. For Canadian orders, tracking updates might stop once the package reaches Canadian customs—after that, check Canada’s local postal service or the carrier’s international tracking site for updates.
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number and direct link to monitor your package:
- U.S. Orders: Tracking updates in real time, so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.
- Canadian Orders: It might take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to show up. Once the package leaves the U.S., updates will be less frequent—use Canada’s local postal service website for the most current status.
- Ask family, neighbors, or your building’s front desk/mailroom if the package was left somewhere else.
- Use your tracking number to contact USPS directly for delivery details.
- If you still can’t find it, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
- First, wait an extra 5–7 business days past the estimated delivery date (customs or international shipping can cause unexpected delays).
- Check with local post offices or Canadian customs using your tracking number—packages can be held if you owe duties/taxes or need to provide more documents.
- Ask family, neighbors, or local post offices if they received your package.
- If it’s still missing, reach out to us within 14 days of the marked delivery date (to account for longer international shipping and customs times).

Canadian orders may be charged import duties, taxes, and fees by the Canadian government. These costs are your responsibility (the recipient’s) and aren’t included in your order or shipping price.Customs will let you know if you owe fees, and you’ll need to pay them to get your package. We suggest checking Canadian customs rules for duty and tax rates before placing your order.
