Q: Do you ship outside the U.S. and Canada?
A: We only ship to addresses in the United States and all Canadian provinces/territories for now. International shipping to other regions is not available.

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Use a soft tape measure to take your bust/chest, waist, and hip measurements, then reference our Size Guide. For in-between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or down for a tailored look.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: A shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and monitoring link will be sent once your order ships. U.S. orders are tracked via USPS; Canadian orders use USPS International, with additional tracking available through Canada Post.
Q: What if my package is lost or delayed?
A: For U.S. orders, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date for lost/delayed packages. For Canadian orders, allow 5–7 extra business days for customs first, then reach out within 14 days of the marked delivery date. Q: Can I return an item?
A: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund (see our Refund & Return Policy for full details).
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Funds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take an extra 3–5 business days to post the refund.
