Return WindowReturns can be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Refunds cannot be processed after this deadline.
Return EligibilityItems must be unworn, unwashed, have all original tags/labels attached, and be in original packaging (when applicable). Final sale or “non-returnable” items (marked clearly on product pages) are excluded for hygiene and policy reasons.
ExchangesDirect exchanges for size/color are not available. To switch items, place a new order for your desired product and initiate a return for the original purchase. For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we may offer special accommodations at our discretion.
Return Shipping Costs
- We cover return shipping (or provide a prepaid label, where available) for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
- For change-of-mind returns (e.g., wrong size, no longer wanted), customers pay return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is our error).

[email protected] with your order number and return reason before sending items back. Include clear photos of defects (if applicable). We’ll confirm approval and provide return instructions.
Refund ProcessingAfter inspecting your return, we’ll email you with status updates. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Late/Missing RefundsIf you don’t receive your refund within 5–10 business days, first check with your bank/card issuer for processing delays. If unresolved, contact us at

Canadian Orders – Duties & TaxesImport duties, taxes, or customs fees from CBSA or carriers are non-refundable. We’ll refund the product price (and original shipping fees if required by law/our error), but duties/taxes will not be included in the refund.
